I badly need a nap and can't figure why so I'm just going to listen to my body and comply. Not buts, no whys, just do it.
Same as I do with the gym.
If I try to fight it or analyse it I won't get anywhere other than wasting the rest of the day and I am starting to think these naps are a necessity and the possible solution to all of my problems.
I tend to overwork, overexert, ask too much from me.
Also my body has gone really cold and the house isn't cold
