This from @gooba42 is a very good question. My own educated guess is that ICE has been compiling a “future harassment” list, rather than already having a “kill list;” the latter makes far more sense in the context of their behavior here and Good’s history.
Regardless of the answer, it is a •very• good question. If Congress had a spine, they’d be marching DHS in front of them to answer it.
@inthehands @gooba42 I can say pretty confidently from the DC experience that I.C.E and the other feds like HSI, SS, CBP, started taking pictures of observers here months ago. I assume they have dossiers in every area and match that up with other state sponsored surveillance so they know who people are. I don't know if I.C.E has kill lists but history teaches us repeatedly...that the FBI and CIA have made kill lists of US citizens...repeatedly.

Yeah. I really do not think ICE has been targeting local observers for anything other than intimidation for now — but we all know where these things go when unchecked. Today meatheads with an app, tomorrow COINTELPRO.

As far as I am aware, ICE uses facial recognition to identify undocumented immigrants.
I do not agree with this use of face ID by law enforcement, but it is far from a kill list.
We don't need to make up fairytales when the established facts are scary enough; support those in need and peacefully protest however you can.
edit: This wasn't clear in the original text, but I am very aware that facial ID has high false positive rates, and how discriminatory and awful it is. Hence why I do not agree with it's use. Just thought I'd clarify.
