I'd agree with that.... but it remains notable that right now extra storage would be a useful buffer to soften price rises?
If only you'd been there in the meeting when they decided to decommission the storage we had.

Govt doesn’t have to insure road vehicles because it could pay out on any claim (leave aside the Q of when the claimant would get their money).
It’s some kind of delusion I suffer from that govts are supposed to work for the benefit of all the population.
@ChrisMayLA6 if market solutions are so good, why isn't Gov. Run like a business? Because market solutions don't work for utilities and services and they know that. The hand of Thatcher continues to harm the UK.
