Of course, I always suspect them of antisemitism at some level, conscious or unconscious. That's just the Correct Default Position.
But I hadn't seen the structural, point-for-point analogy to blood libel.
It's... both disgusting and... *unoriginal*.

Even further back: Romans claiming Christian were consuming children's blood in the catacombs; once in power themselves the Christians then recycled it against the Jews.
