In all seriousness, my father has #dementia as well, and he no longer has any sense of time.
Things that happened DECADES ago just happened "recently" in his mind (like losing the 2020 election is for T****) and he obsesses about it (also like T****.)
He makes stuff up (not actually "lying") to fill in the gaps in his memory, and can be a quite paranoid (everybody is out to do him harm.)
There is NO question in my mind #OrangeJuliusCaesar has dementia.
I remain extremely pleased that Donald Trump will eventually cease to exist, as per the trajectory of human beings for all of history. Physics and biology have never served us so well as in this matter.
