I think I got a new strategy to actually break this weird waking up late cycle that might actually work.
I can't quit Elvanse, I can avoid taking it every day sure, but I can't quit. I have to take a pill at least every 2 and a half days to remain grounded.
But here I'm talking about chunking things to size instead and doing small changes, iteration towards routine perfection, same as I do with the gym or with my diet.
