This clearly demonstrates how even designers and user experience specialists are now beginning to recognise that something is happening that will fundamentally change the way they work. In my circle, most designers do believe that things will continue as they have done up to now, but I no longer believe this. It will be challenging and painful. Let us take matters into our own hands and shape the future.
