Are there any photo editors or vector graphics programs that can divide a circle into any number of slices? Like if I want to divide a circle into 24 slices, it could do that for me in one click? Right now I'm making pie charts in Excel then tracing over the lines to do that, and it's a bit tideous.
I also need to add any number of inner circles to make circular rows.
