well, well, well, who'd expect that the Metropolitan Police are using a power (to base policing of protests on the 'cumulative impact') despite that particular power having been struck down in the Court of Appeal?

Ok, none of you; but once again its clear why protest groups need good legal advice, when the police either are unaware of (or do not care about) the current state of the law of protest nor have any real interest in ensuring their legality!
