It's very similar to some town halls in NZ. Classic style.
Wellington's is being rebuilt after earthquake damage. Very spendy.
They have put in new concrete and steel screw piles under a new base-isolated concrete and steel foundation, all underneath the existing structure.
That's a fantastic investment of spoons, tho, mad respect
