@mayintoronto TimerCaps. They save my ass. (There's other similar ones, timercap is just the ones I have)

@mayintoronto a few things:
- always carry them with me
- reminders on my phone
- the reminders only get crossed off once I scan the NFC tag on the daily pill container for each med time and it triggers a shortcut

@mayintoronto My one beef with timer caps is they only go up to 99 hours. So my weekly stuff doesn't work with them. I should get a different one for those
@JessTheUnstill Thanks for the recommendation!
@JessTheUnstill@infosec.exchange @mayintoronto@beige.party lots of phone reminders and a pill box marked with days of the week. Auto repeating reminders help me actually take the meds, the pill box helps me not take them twice. Or three times.
Seconding timer caps. They tell you how long it’s been since you opened them.
We also just set calendar events. I have 3 alerts a day.
@JessTheUnstill @mayintoronto we use something like that too, and it's the best. Before that we tried phone apps and pill organizers but nothing really worked
@novelgazer @mayintoronto It's nice just not ever having to do anything besides put the cap back on.
