Reporting abuse on GitHub requires jumping through captchas _every single time_, while abuse is mass produced. Reporting is futile.
And this week's main clawed character, a malicious bot that responded to having its PRs closed by publishing a personal attack, is still a live account, continuing to clone repos to abuse the next maintainers.
GitHub doesn't care about you.
