#WritersCoffeeClub 19 Feb: What's your biggest challenge when crafting a satisfying ending?
I'm a pantser, ideas-guy subtype, so I usually have some idea of the ending right from the start: the problem is how to line up all the inchoate intermediate stages! It's a bit like assembling a lego model of a snake's skeleton, starting from the tail tip, using an infinite parts bin: it tends to wiggle around and it's not always obvious which part I need to reach for next. And occasionally I fail.
