In my self-discovery of dopamine triggers I've learnt:
1. I get joy from meeting deadlines.
2. I NATURALLY structure my job to ensure I do that's why I'm self-employed.
3. I change priorities on the fly to generate momentum. Z priority might be low, but that one might give me the dopamine push to finish Y issue
4. My high-responsibility job at Survation, the gym and quitting tobacco are all the models I need to know how to operate 20x more efficiently
5. All known tricks for both ADHD, autism and high cognition are things I already use one way or another to push me further
6. Job insecurity burns me out, I run away from it.
