@[email protected] Makes sense, and I think I can run with that. I'm running an online course for teenagers on creating their own computer game assets (visual and audio) and I felt a hole in the last iteration was I didn't have a tool to suggest if they wanted to make their own music. Given I'll be covering Audacity (a bit) for doing their own sound effects and Foley work, I can easily add using it to record the browser audio output from Sonic Pi online. I think. I'll need to experiment for a moment first.
Having Sonic Pi available in the browser is such a game changer for this kind of thing, and I'm amazingly grateful for your long term work on it (and for how much the original release of Sonic Pi inspired my son to get into music composition as a hobby growing up) - if I had any money to send your way I'd absolutely be sending some over...

@[email protected] Random question: is there a few to output to a downloadable file (i.e. record a performance as at runs)? I can't see it, and I understand it isn't the main use case, but I thought I'd ask.
