shadow IT LLM usage is never a good idea, if you allow it, it means that confidential information from your company is going into the *personal* accounts of your employees, and is subject to discovery if and when litigation eventuates. don't mix the context windows. just don't.

So, let’s zoom out. Your client is coming apart at the seams. The ChatGPT logs you produced to us paint a clear picture of a man who is plagued by uncertainty, consumed by anxiety, and is increasingly offloading every part of his life to an LLM chatbot. He uses ChatGPT for
everything:

• for his day job (despite repeated attempts, he does not seem to have figured out how to avoid using his personal ChatGPT license, with its core instructions updated to include information like “DEI is always bad” and “Trans is a mental illness,” for his professional writing, including peer performance reviews and documentation of unreleased product features);
• for his influencer gig (more often than not, your client’s “articles” and “scripts” are generated entirely by your client pasting an entire Reddit or Twitter thread into ChatGPT’s context window and saying “Rewrite this as an article, and make it sound original and like I wrote it”);
• for his domestic responsibilities (he has ChatGPT write bedtime stories to read to his kids, love notes for his wife, even his daughter’s Girl Scout activity days);

For the first time I can recall, my personal GitHub account has blown through 90% of its Github Actions quota. Is there a visualization for what, exactly, burned up all those CI minutes? The only docs I can find involve "insights" for orgs, which is not available on personal accounts.

I suspect Dependabot because this has been a quiet month for me personally but I'd like to be sure.

Alan R. Pearlman's company produced some historically good-sounding synthesizers; their first few, up to the ARP 2600 (best known as the voice of R2-D2), were decadently knob-ridden and customizable. This one's so early it's branded "Tonus" and it has some *bizarre* capabilities, here shown off as a shakedown test immediately following a restoration with some improvised space-western jazz

The Bug is a mysterious artist to me, they mostly make fuzzy abstract ambient dub but also one time I saw Earth in concert and it was just Dylan Carlson playing one guitar and The Bug playing another.

This is why I almost hadn't invited her. I need someone who will take this journey seriously, who can help me to remember the hard realities of Ben's life and death. Sure, I could have done this on my own, followed Ben's last hike as lonely as he had been. In many ways, I would prefer to be alone with him one last time. But at the end of that hike is something that killed him. If I'm going to face it, then I want someone else whose power I can lean on, or at least someone to call an ambulance.
