Jonathan Fisher KC's independent report into prosecuting fraud has two parts; the first (already published) focusses on disclosure in complex fraud cases;
the second part identified a number of issues with complex fraud cases but concluded jury trials are not a serious problem complicating the ability of the Serious Fraud Office to gain convictions.
Oddly, the second part has not (yet) being published, perhaps as it contradicts the Govt.'s line on jury trials?
