Nothing works for my ADHD as good as mind mapping does on a block of pages that people normally use to draw stuff.
Everything app = not externalised cognitive load = overwhelming mess.
Analog methods win for me.
That's also why I can't find a time tracker that works. I rather time block than time track, not having to remember to stop the time tracker is also externalisation of cognitive load.
The main trick for me to trigger hyperfocus is keep the mental canvas empty before I do a highly-cognitive task. That's why I have so many routines I run in autopilot.
