The sensation could be described as, judging by the feeling and what each substance does, makes the tyro-dopa-nora-adrenaline bypass the first two stages.
There's dopa but there's more noradrenaline (called norepinephrine in the US) and adrenaline. Your body REQUIRES movement, and your heart... well I'd rather show you.
There's no anxiety though. I normally end this by running. It kinds of resets it.
