Worth remembering also the diverting oil from #venezuela will improve utilisation of #us oil refining capacity - largely located in places which vote for his party. That would be an immediate benefit to him even if the process of increasing oil production in #venezuela proves to be both costly and lengthy - as I suspect it will be!
