@jameshowell Clearly an emacs noob here, I intentionally do C-x C-c all the time, why don't I want to do that? What do you do instead?
@abarker Imagine a fairly linear curve with negative slope "frequency of desire to exit Emacs" and another fairly linear curve with positive slope "frequency of accidentally typing C-x C-c in sequence" and now my young friend I hope you're sitting down because I am here to tell you the bad news that sometime after fifty years of age these curves cross
