@Gurre such a great show. I'm glad they made the choice to go with Jim Henson instead of CGI for all the critters. the dedication to mostly practical effects made such a major difference to the feel of the show.

Now 25 years later it feels like CGI is actually catching up.
But the series is great in part because of the way the special effects were made, oh yes. And the storylines chosen because of that.
@Gurre yeah, I mean Pilot wouldn't have been anywhere near as emotive and believable as a character if the actors weren't physically interacting with him. CGI might look better than it did, but that's one part it can't replace.
plus it was just a great cast in general. Wayne Pygram as Scorpius still tops my all time best villains list.
