absolutely losing it at machine translation rendering "A Farewell to Arms" as "Goodbye Weapons"

@0xabad1dea I'm confused, because "Goodbye, weapon" is the reverse translation of the Russian translation 🤔

@nina_kali_nina what's confusing? "a farewell to arms" will change in (intentional, human-curated) translation because the grammatical structure of the phrase doesn't necessarily work in every language – but a *good* machine translation will be able to match titles of very famous books across languages, so it should come up with "A Farewell to Arms" again rather than a comically literal bye-bye sharp things
