I'm reading CMA's call for evidence on Google and Apple's proposed "commitments" to ensure fairness, transparency and interoperability. So far, underwhelmed. If Apple decides to kick you in the face, it must give you 5 minutes notice. And if you think it was too hard a kick, you can complain to Apple. If the CMA believes it routinely gives you less than 5 minutes notice, or routinely kicks you too hard, it will consider thinking about sending round its enforcers to give Apple a really, really strong telling-off. https://www.gov.uk/government/calls-for-evidence/proposed-commitments-from-apple-and-google-app-certainty-and-interoperable-access
