@mayintoronto That's a super common trait for ADHD.
The problem is - you're basically spiking stress and cortisol to get some focus. But that ends up with diminishing returns over time. Eventually you go searching for that focus spike, and it just isn't there no matter how much you stress. And that's burnout.
@JessTheUnstill Yeaaahhh, I'm considering getting an ADHD coach. And maybe a diagnosis for those drugs, but that's like $2500. 馃し
