@mcc oh yeah, their software is dismal.
But I'll cut them slack for the foreseeable future for what they did with the pricing of the Adaptive Gaming Kits. They could easily have charged 5× as much, but they decided to be decent.

and i often rather like the products
that's part of the problem. if i hated the company *and* the products, i probably wouldn't keep buying the products

@lritter In Spanish, there's this distinction between "televisión" and "televisor". The concept of television and the *object*, "a television", are strictly linguistically separated

@mcc @lritter not to be the "actually" guy, but it's incredibly common to use «la televisión» (or, «la tele») to repher to the physical device. «El televisor» feels way too formal or archaic and not really that much used in everyday speech. That is, at least in spain-spanish, no idea for latam-spanish.

@mayintoronto @mcc I broke free of their control when my $300 worth of high end gaming peripherals lasted exactly 13 months and then failed spectacularly.
The tab key fell off of the keyboard (and lots of key bounce) and the mouse resets every 5 minutes.

@Stinkie @mayintoronto @mcc with all of the mechanical keyboard enthusiasts out there I'm surprised that I've never run into an equivalent mouse enthusiast scene. I have a nice mechanical keyboard but a boring logitech mouse.
