Wondering what do you call this? Is there a name for this kind of navigation?
Manual pagination? Slow mode? Finite scrolling? Windowed browsing?

@cheeaun finite or windowed seem appropriate.
Reminds me of the indicator to fetch new posts on the Masto web client, but I don't use it enough anymore to be sure how it's different.
But do appreciate it might be an option in phanpy soon.
@cheeaun Just checked Pinafore, and it calls the toggle to enable this "Disable infinite scroll" 馃槄
