I'm gonna have to do this weight loss diet in steps of 5 kgs instead of all the way through.
My HS is too reactive to weight loss to be able to do it any other way. 馃
I took an appointment today with a dermatologist to see if anything NEW can be done that I'm not aware of. We'll see what they say.
My regular pre-HIV reset was to dry fast 24 hours and that halted the HS reactivity, autophagy in steroids, the DRY part is what triggers it, is as if the right immune defenses ate the excess TNFa. After that I could just go down easily. I might have to delay the taking of Symtuza a couple of hours to do that today.
