It's incredible how decisively Google has pivoted from "organize the world's data and make it universally useful and accessible" to "repeat absolutely any bullshit found on the internet as fact."

@mhoye I'm convinced googles enshitification is what contributed to large scale AI adoption, because if you can't find things with google anymore people will ask AI. This is why I'm convinced "Google Classic" is a multi billion market gap for someone who know how google generated results 2015 to 2020
