This will be slow and deliberate but I've started these conversations and WOW I'm already really glad because I am learning about big big parts I underestimated about the complexity and where the hard vs easy things might exist
I'm so moved that I'm already hearing from folks. Thank you for being patient with me if it takes me a bit to respond, I am taking notes of every reply and email but want to be thoughtful and deliberate with everyone's time so will plan how to engage after my conference this week 😊🫶
