@rigger @sultmhoor The beautiful thing about it, though, is how little it needs to be great. It's just great already.
It's super cool that people have tasty adorned versions, of course. But: asparagus.
@[email protected] @[email protected] @[email protected] One of the side benefits of living in Italy is that at certain times of year they're cheap. Partly pre-nuke, chop roughly and spread at the bottom of the pan before tipping frittata mix on top (plain omelette mix, basically: 2 eggs, ~1tbs milk per person plus salt and pepper to taste). Total cooking time less than twenty, and it's very tasty.
