@munin a lot of dolls are posting about the xteink x4. It seems people dislike the stock firmware, and from that I extrapolate the ability to run a Linux shell.

@munin if readily available secondhand works for your needs, some of the Kindle Paperwhite versions can be jailbroken and then you can run a normal shell on them

would you happen to have a reference to a walkthrough on the process? 'cuz that sounds up my alley pricepoint wise
