I hope to be able to make the #fediverse my home over the course of 2026 after wandering in the wilderness over the past several years since abandoning the main stream.

I'm an old graffiti artist still raging against the dying of the light but I don't paint as much as I would like to anymore.

As a Graphic Artist I'm an explorer of the ornamental and decorative art. I use traditional and digital tools to produce original and existing graphic elements for use with letterforms, symmetric art and patterns as well as mandalas. I started making this type of art using Adobe Illustrator and Affinity Designer but am currently putting time into learning Krita and Inkscape.

Although I'm self-taught for the most part I did do some time in the formal art/design school environment but learned far more painting walls and trains at night in the 1980's and 90's.

I haven't really been sure about the direction my art is going over the past year or two, so I'll be posting some older finished and unfinished pieces for a while until the road becomes clearer.

This is a vector drawing I finally finished in late summer last year.
