The scuttle is that the U.S. and Israel jointly attack Iran starting sometime in the next 24 hours.

My question is this: how do Russia and China respond, if they do at all?

@kimlockhartga China and Russia don't have to do anything. Let the U.S. and Israel get in over their heads, alienate allies, invite retribution, etc.
