As the Tangerine Tyrant announces an alliance of South American countries (excluding Mexico, Brazil & Columbia) to facilitate more direct involvement by the US military across the continent to attack drug cartels & their networks, as well as continuing to threaten some sort of intervention in Cuba.... I think its fair to say that anyone who took Trump at his word that he would be avoiding foreign wars & would be a Peace President might rightly feel (at the least) misled!
