I feel like once I populate the underwater regions with stones and seaweeds and fish, this could become a really sick screensaver
Btw I made the water color (the scattering coefficients, to be precise) depth-dependent, so now shallow seas are more cyan and deep seas are dark-blue. Much better than a flat color!
Nope, no bugs here. What are you talking about?

Thinking about an #indie #gamedev idea which would have two different elevator pitches for two different audiences:
- "a deep and mysterious runic magic system with a strong enough internal logic you can experiment and build your own spells"
- "blow things up in real time with a stack based programming language!"

I wonder if I can get Enigma Heart up to 1,000 wishlists this #WishlistWednesday. (I'm currently at 868.) My options feel limited. There's only so much lifting a bunch of screenshots and GIFs can do, and I'm not sure releasing a public demo right now is the best idea in the world since I'm still in the middle of pitching to publishers.

haven't posted any new Literally Classical Older School JRPG in a while: here's "Ruins of Athens: The Chorus of Dervishes" by Beethoven as "Boss Battle: Magnificent"
I favor less-known composers for this collection where possible; but this piece, I feel, is not too well-known despite being by Beethoven
Second Hand Computer 0.18.0 - THE ROGUE UPDATE is out!
As promised yesterday, this version contains FT-Rogue, a simple roguelike game written in Funscript/Lua, with full source. I wanted to experiment with what more could be done in SHC, and what better way than a simple roguelike.

Good morning.
Another reminder, your city, state and region often give out Art grants and other opportunities. You usually have to have a project in mind when it comes to grants. But all sorts of art counts!
Visual arts and sculpture yes, but art community programs too.
Hell, if you have a comic, film/animation of some sort, even a game, you can write out a grant application.
Look for your city's Cultural Council. That's often where it is.
