How long does it take you to storyboard, do drafts, for a project like Esther and Erie?
Good morning.
Another reminder, your city, state and region often give out Art grants and other opportunities. You usually have to have a project in mind when it comes to grants. But all sorts of art counts!
Visual arts and sculpture yes, but art community programs too.
Hell, if you have a comic, film/animation of some sort, even a game, you can write out a grant application.
Look for your city's Cultural Council. That's often where it is.
This is a long shot but does anybody know anybody who worked on the Calgary feminist radio show "Yeah, what she said?" that used to air on CJSW?
I was interviewed on it for Escher Girls in 2014 (though the episode wasn't posted online as a podcast until 2015) but the site no longer exists except on the internet Archive and the mp3s weren't backed up afaict.
